Our sampling valves can be configured with a variety of sanitary clamp inlet connections and in different Surface Finish depending on the installation requirements. They are available in both concentric and eccentric orientations. Manufactured from SS316L and can be special ordered in corrosive resistant alloys such as C22, C276 and AL6XN. There are different FDA and USP CLASS VI elastomer stem seals available, depending on the valves intended use.

Disposable sampling valves variants are also available, each design is made from only USP CLASS IV compliant materials with a steam sterilizing capability of 121℃ for 30 minutes.

We could propose Sanitary Sample Coolers for Horizontal & Vertical applications build by Fluid Line Technology, BPE compliant, customised inlets and outlets configurations, variety of surface finishes, comes in SS316L or Alloy 22 materials. We provide SS316L or Alloy 22 Point of Use Sanitary Heat Exchanger with BPE compliant or sanitary design, for Horizontal & Vertical applications, from Fluid Line Technology. Customised inlets and outlets configurations, special shell design to prevents coolant / product contamination, easy visual inspection, cleanable and drainable, variety of surface finishes. MTR standard for full material traceability.

Fluid Line Technology’s pinch valves can be arranged in a multitude of orientations when building a custom panel. The universal mounting mechanism will allow users to arrange each individual straight through valves in combinations for quick assembly to minimize the holdup volume to meet process requirements depending on flow patterns.

These fittings are crafted in solid thermoplastic piping material with sanitary flanges to approach the combined strength, working temperature and chemical resistance to provide simple and clean fluid management solutions for single use system. Its compact design allows Fluid Line to build lightweight piping and instrumentation systems with minimal space requirements. Components are manufactured from certified USP Class IV materials. Quick Locking Fittings are available in various port configurations like elbows, tees, reducers, crosses, etc. in sizes from 0.25’’ to 1.50’’.
